Job Summary

The Showroom In-Charge is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with the head office, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. The role requires ownership of showroom performance, customer satisfaction, stock management, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and explain product features, pricing, warranties, and offers.
- Convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals.

2. Showroom Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the showroom.




- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure all products are properly arranged and price-tagged.
- Open and close the showroom as per company procedures.
- Ensure safety and security of showroom assets.

3. Coordination

- Coordinate with the Service Department for installation and after-sales service.
- Communicate regularly with the Head Office regarding operational requirements.
- Arrange deliveries and follow up until completion.

4. Administration

- Maintain showroom documents and records.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Monitor utility usage and report maintenance requirements.
- Maintain attendance records if additional showroom staff are appointed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
