We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound inquiries, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products or services and persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.

Required Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
