We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator cum Programmer to operate Vertical Machining Center machines, create programs based on drawings, and ensure precision machining of components as per quality standards.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical (Fitter / Machinist) preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in VMC machine operation & programming
- Strong knowledge in G & M Codes.
- Good knowledge in tool selection & machining parameters.
- Ability to handle precision machining independently.
- Valuable measurement & inspection knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate & Program VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens Control)
- Manual/CAM programming + G & M codes editing
- Fixture setup, tool offset, work offset, job setting
- Read & interpret engineering drawings
- Measure & inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge etc.
- Maintain quality output & production targets
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 per month (Based on skill level & experience)
