9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

*Salary* : *For Counselling experience* : Up to 8.5 LPA

(Fixed: 6.8LPA + 1.7LPA Variable)

* *Role Overview* :

As a Career Counsellor / Senior Career Counsellor (Inside Sales), the role involves engaging with prospective students, providing detailed information about UG & PG programs, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrolments.

* *Key Responsibilities* :

– Counselling prospective students on UG & PG programs

– Handling counselling through data calling and online chat platforms

– Advising students on degree programs and admission procedures

– Handling student queries over calls and online channels

– Converting leads into successful admissions

– Maintaining daily call, lead, and walk-in records

– Collecting and consolidating feedback from prospects





– Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* *Eligibility & Skills* :

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

– Proven sales experience preferred (Education sector advantageous)

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Sales-driven mindset with persuasion and negotiation ability

– Customer-centric approach

– Ability to work independently and in a team

– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

– Proficiency in CRM tools and related technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹762,891.31 per year
