Key Responsibilities1. Order Planning & Coordination

- Receive confirmed orders from the Sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priorities.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure timely manufacturing of orders.
- Monitor order-wise production status and completion timelines.
- Ensure production follows delivery commitments made to customers.

2. Production Follow-up

- Track production progress against the plan.
- Follow up with production teams for pending orders.
- Escalate delays, bottlenecks, or resource shortages to management.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as planned.

3. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Coordinate with Stores for raw material availability.
- Coordinate with Purchase for urgent material requirements.
- Coordinate with Dispatch for finished goods readiness and dispatch planning.
- Coordinate with Sales regarding order priorities and delivery schedules.

4. Production Scheduling

- Create machine-wise and product-wise production schedules.




- Optimize production sequences to reduce changeover time and wastage.
- Balance production capacity with customer demand.

5. Order Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain an order tracking dashboard.
- Monitor:
- Pending Orders
- In-Process Orders
- Ready for Dispatch Orders
- Delayed Orders
- Present daily production and order status reports to management.

6. Inventory & Material Monitoring

- Track critical raw material requirements against production plans.
- Ensure no production stoppage due to material shortages.
- Coordinate timely procurement of required materials.

7. Problem Resolution

- Identify production bottlenecks affecting delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Follow up until closure of critical production and dispatch issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
