Job Description – Assistant Manager – Social Media

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, trend-conscious, and fashion-forward Assistant Manager – Social Media to join the marketing team for Isharya and Indinoor. This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury fashion and jewelry, has a strong aesthetic sense, and enjoys creating engaging content that connects with today's audience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, have a keen eye for visual storytelling, and stay on top of the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content calendars across all platforms.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and create engaging photo and video content for Isharya and Indinoor.
- Coordinate product shoots, campaign shoots, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, reels, audio, creators, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with the design, merchandising, PR, and retail teams for timely content creation.
- Manage influencer collaborations and content execution.
- Monitor engagement, community interactions, and social media performance metrics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Generate innovative campaign and content ideas that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Desired Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in fashion,



jewelry, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Fashion or luxury management background preferred.
- Strong photography and videography sensibility with the ability to independently shoot content using a phone or camera.
- Comfortable handling cameras and basic lighting equipment.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms.
- Solid aesthetic sense with knowledge of luxury branding.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Passionate about fashion, jewelry, styling, and visual storytelling.
