Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and manage housekeeping staff efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily activities
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Inspect rooms/areas and address any issues promptly
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train and guide housekeeping staff
- Maintain records and report any maintenance concerns
Requirements:
- Prior experience in housekeeping supervision
- Valuable communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
