JOB DESCRIPTION: Account Manager - Client Servicing & Communication

We are seeking a energetic individual to join our team at Krushit Vanzara Studios as an Account Manager - Client Servicing & Communication at the Andheri, Mumbai location.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure smooth communication.
- Gather client requirements, prepare briefs, and coordinate with internal creative and production teams.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, and prepare regular status reports.
- Track feedback, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase satisfaction.
- Participate in review meetings and support initiatives to improve client servicing processes.

- Must-Have Skills:




- Strong customer service skills to manage accounts and meet client needs effectively.
- Proven ability in client relations to build trust, retain clients, and enhance satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for clear interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach to resolving client issues efficiently.

**Background in creative or production environments (photo, video, design) is highly beneficial.**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
