Technology | CCNP Enterprise/ISE-ADT/ACCP/Cisco ASA Specialist Certification/ITIL 4 Foundation

Knowledgeable in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), with the ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot access policies, authentication methods, and user access controls.

Knowledgeable in Aruba ClearPass, with the ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network access control policies, authentication services, and user access.

Aware of advanced Cisco Routing and Switching concepts, with the ability to perform configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network devices to support secure connectivity.

Aware of Cisco ASA Firewall operations,



with the ability to assist in rule configuration, policy monitoring, and basic troubleshooting of firewall functions.

Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of interaction. Works efficiently within cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment during issue resolution. Handles escalations effectively by providing comprehensive analysis, relevant logs, and detailed observations to higher-level teams, enabling faster and more accurate resolution.

Supervises junior employees, ensures delivery quality and standards adherence, and supports onboarding, training, and stakeholder coordination.

Provides second-level support, reviews junior employees work, and offers day-to-day guidance to improve quality and first-time resolution.
