JOB DESCRIPTION (CaaS-Ops Executive)

Operations Management

- Coordinate day-to-day dispatches and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

- Maintain clear visibility on inventory, stock levels, and order status.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

Logistics & Delivery

- Prepare dispatch plans and follow up with transporters for on-time pickup and delivery.

- Track shipments and update internal systems and customers.

- Handle issues related to delays, damage, or re-routing as needed.

Customer Coordination & Support

- Follow up with customers for delivery confirmation, feedback, and repeat requirements.

- Serve as the first point of contact for all supply-related customer queries.

- Ensure service level.

Reporting & Documentation





- Maintain dispatch records, delivery logs, and customer communication logs.

- Generate daily/weekly reports on delivery status, delays, and customer feedback.

- Update ERP/CRM tools regularly with order and shipment status.

Requirements:

- 1+years of experience in operations, dispatch, or customer coordination.

- Strong command over MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or inventory software.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills (email, phone, WhatsApp).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, time-sensitive environment.
