Job Title: Client Support Associate

Shift: Night Shift/ US Shift (Rotational)

Working days: 5 days working (Rotational week offs)

Department: Operations

Role Overview:

The Client Support Associate will work directly with active clients to resolve product-related queries through email tickets and phone calls. This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, and professional support in a SaaS-based environment.

- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing tools is mandatory (Zendesk is a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Respond to client inquiries via email tickets and phone calls
- Support clients with product features and system functionality
- Troubleshoot basic system or functionality issues
- Coordinate support services such as training, data migration, and system reconfiguration
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
- Maintain service quality and follow defined processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns

We Expect You to Have:





- 1–3 years of experience in customer or technical support roles
- Experience working in a SaaS environment preferred
- Experience with helpdesk/ticketing tools is mandatory (Zendesk is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide quick, effective solutions
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including Pacific Time-based schedules
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Usage of GenAI will add an additional advantage

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Audit
- Proficiency in MS Excel fundamentals
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
