We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Center Head/Headmistress to lead our preschool with excellence and inspire a culture of holistic learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure academic excellence through effective curriculum planning, classroom observations, and teacher mentoring.
- Lead staff development through training, performance feedback, and team-building initiatives.
- Manage school operations, administration, and resource utilization efficiently.
- Drive admissions and work closely with the marketing team to achieve enrollment goals.
- Foster strong relationships with teachers, parents, and stakeholders while upholding the school's vision and values.

Requirements:

- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have NTT/NPTT/ECCE/Montessori certificate
- Must have minimum 2 years of Preschool experience as Headmistress.
