We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Executive to oversee and manage daily administrative operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising support staff, coordinating office logistics, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Allocate and supervise the duties of drivers, office boys, and maids.

Arrange transportation for guests, visitors, and customers.

Oversee the maintenance of all company vehicles and ensure proper record-keeping.

Ensure the availability of tea, refreshments, lunch, and dinner for guests, visitors, customers, and employees.

Monitor the quality and availability of food in the canteen.

Verify and process admin-related bills for approval.

Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless operations.

Maintain and manage the issuance of office stationery.

Review and validate third-party vendor bills.
