Position – Sales Coordinator

Hiring Location – Noida

Job Summary:

Expedite Impex Pvt Ltd, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, managing client communication and ensuring smooth collaboration between departments to drive overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and recurring business.
2. Maintain strong follow-ups and effective coordination with clients and internal team members.
3. Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
4. Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly.
5.



Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues efficiently and provide quotations.
6. Schedule meetings, client calls and presentations for the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination.
B) Any Bachelor’s Degree
C) Solid organizational, coordination and multitasking skills.
D) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
E) Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
