Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to hire quality talent for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




- Manage candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
- Post attractive job advertisements.
- Build a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Positive interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of recruitment process
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & Indeed
- MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–3 Years of Recruitment Experience.
