We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our education team. The ideal candidate will contact prospective students, explain our courses, answer inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist with the admission process. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
