Key Responsibilities:A. Estimation & Costing

- Prepare BOQ for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical).
- Develop cost estimates based on material, labor, and equipment.

B. Tendering & Procurement

- Assist in preparing tender documents, scope descriptions, and cost breakdowns.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
- Assist procurement in preparing comparison sheets.

C. Cost Control & Reporting

- Monitor and control cost against budget for all MEP activities.
- Identify and evaluate variations and submit VO claims.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for MEP works.
- Track project financial progress and produce cost reports.

D. Billing & Measurements

- Carry out site measurements for installed MEP works.
- Prepare interim payment certificates (IPCs).




- Verify subcontractor invoices and certify payment.
- Prepare final accounts upon project completion.

E. Coordination

- Work closely with MEP Engineers, QA/QC, and procurement teams.
- Assist project managers in decision-making by providing cost impact analyses.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 3+ years experience in MEP QS roles.
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials, systems, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Costing Software, and quantity take-off tools.
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
