Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) & WMS Consultant with a minimum of 15 years of SAP consulting experience, including significant exposure to the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Batch Management, Quality Integration, and end-to-end supply chain processes within GMP-regulated environments.

The consultant will be responsible for business process design, solution architecture, implementation, support, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Production Planning (PP)

- Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

SAP Warehouse Management (WMS/WM/EWM)

- Configure and support warehouse processes:
- Integrate warehouse operations with production, quality, and inventory management.
- Participate in warehouse automation and barcode/RF implementation projects.

Pharmaceutical Industry Responsibilities

- Implement and support GMP-compliant manufacturing processes.

Integration Responsibilities

- Strong integration experience with:
- SAP QM
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP EWM/WM
- SAP PM
- SAP FI/CO
- Support end-to-end business processes from procurement through manufacturing and distribution.

Project & Leadership Responsibilities

- Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and review Technical Specifications (TS).




- Manage UAT, SIT, validation, and deployment activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and business users.
- Provide production support and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Experience in global rollout and support projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA PP Certification.
- SAP WM/EWM Certification.
- Experience with MES integration.
- Experience with Serialization and Track & Trace solutions.
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.
- Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) is an advantage.
