This position is located in Pune, India. nnn nnn What youll do: nnn n Participate in the implementation u0026 support of global identity lifecycle management process and services to manage human, non-human, and agentic identities.n Promote sound identity hygiene practices across systems to prevent access misuse and reduce risk.n n n Plan, coordinate, and execute SOX and other regulatory controls to ensure identity compliance.n Execute end-to-end access certification campaigns,



ensuring timely access updates and evidence integrity.n Manage timely identity onboarding\offboarding processes by ensuring least privilege authorization and access.n Develop reporting and outcome-driven metrics for IAM/IGA; including identifying KRIs, creating tracking mechanisms, and ensuring actions are taken as appropriate to drive results.n Ensure corporate policies, procedures, and knowledge articles are current and accurate.n n nnn What were looking for: nnn n Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related experience requiredn 5-8 years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)n Knowledge in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Identity Lifecycle Management, Authentication, and Authorization,n n n Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities requiredn Professional Security Certification(s) preferredn Robust communications skills: both verbal and written, positive attitude and willingness to learnn n nn Founded in 1940, Air Products is a world-leading industrial gases company and has a proud history of innovation, operational excellence, with an unwavering commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
