The Quality Auditor will review accounts receivable (AR) processes and transactions to ensure adherence to internal standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include auditing AR work items, identifying errors or process gaps, documenting findings, and collaborating with operations and billing teams to drive corrections and improvements. The role involves analyzing trends in AR performance,



preparing quality reports, and contributing to the development and refinement of quality metrics and controls.
