The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SD (Sales u0026 Distribution) module. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver efficient, scalable solutions. nnKey Responsibilities:nn- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP SD processes. n- Configure and customize the SAP SD module based on business needs. n- Manage order-to-cash processes, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping. n- Work on integration with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM. n- Provide end-user support and training as needed.



n- Participate in SAP SD rollout projects, enhancements, and support engagements. n- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system performance. n- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and issues in a timely manner. n- Create functional specifications for development requirements. n- Ensure proper documentation of processes and configurations. nnRequired Skills and Qualifications:nn- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. n- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support. n- Strong understanding of core SD processes including pricing, invoicing, credit management, and delivery. n- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live. n- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and FI modules. n- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. nnPreferred Qualifications:nn- SAP SD Certification (preferred but not mandatory). n- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering services domain. n- Exposure to S/4HANA (desirable). nnWork Setting:nn- Work Mode: WFO .
