The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Selenium or Playwright and should be able to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications. This role requires robust analytical ability, attention to detail, and collaboration with development, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. nnKey Responsibilities nnDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright. nnCreate and execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing. nnCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test scenarios. nnBuild reusable test automation components using frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha, Jest, or similar. nnApply automation design patterns such as Page Object Model to improve script maintainability. nnPerform defect identification, logging, tracking,



and retesting using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. nnIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. nnConduct API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar platforms. nnParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. nnAnalyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and work with development teams to resolve issues. nnnnRequired Skills nn24 years of experience in software quality engineering, QA automation, or software testing. nnHands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for web application automation. nnGood programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. nnStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile methodologies. nnExperience in test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and test documentation. nnWorking knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools. nnBasic understanding of API testing and REST services. nnAbility to debug automation scripts and identify root causes of test failures. nnGood communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. nnPreferred Skills nnExperience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave. nnExposure to cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.



nnKnowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or K6. nnBasic understanding of database testing and SQL queries. nnExperience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Azure Test Plans. nnISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent quality/testing certification is preferred. nnnnEducational Qualification nnBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
