You will bring robust networking, data centre, and security expertiseespecially in Cisco, HP/Aruba, Juniper and Palo Alto solutionsand a passion for supporting new and emerging technologies.nnKey Responsibilities:nn- Network Management: Monitor and maintain client systems to ensure peak performance, security, and stability. n- Technology Experience: Demonstratable previous experience in supporting LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, security and firewalls, and data centre switching. n- Change Management: Execute planned and BAU changes, patching and security updates within the client environments, following best practices.n- 24x7 Support: Be part of the on-call team to provide round-the-clock assistance.n- Incident Management: Leverage ITIL principles and ServiceNow for troubleshooting and resolving incidents.n- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain service continuity for our clients.n- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for client environments and solutions.n- Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct deep dives to resolve complex issues, providing long-term fixes.n- Service Development: Contribute to refining and standardizing Insights managed services solutions.n- Knowledge Transfer: Be part of a collaborative team, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to other technical team members.nnSkills u0026 Requirements:nn- You will be skilled and experienced in one (or more) areas of Networking, Security or Data Centre technologies. n- Provide support for multi-vendor platforms,
