About the Role The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end commercial management of the Project from contract award through project close-out in India. The role is accountable for protecting the company's commercial interests, maximizing project profitability, ensuring contractual compliance, and managing all commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure that contractual obligations are properly administered, commercial risks are effectively managed, and project financial performance is maintained.nnnKey Responsibilities Contract AdministrationnnnAdminister the EPC/Main Contract and all subcontract agreements.nnnInterpret contractual provisions and advise the project team on contractual rights and obligations.nnnMaintain comprehensive contractual records throughout the project.nnnEnsure compliance with all contractual requirements, milestones, and notice provisions.nnnMonitor contractual deliverables and key commercial obligations. and site conditions.nnnPrepare and submit Variation Order (VO) quotations with appropriate commercial substantiation.nnnNegotiate variation pricing with clients and subcontractors.nnnEnsure timely agreement and certification of variations.nnnContractnCorrespondencenPrepare and issue all contractual notices in accordance with the contract.nnnDraft commercial letters relating to delays, changes, claims, payment, risk allocation, suspension, termination, and contractual compliance.nnnMaintain proper records of all project correspondence.nnnEnsure all contractual notifications are issued within the prescribed contractual timelines.
