The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer funding requirements, pitching suitable loan products, managing the end-to-end sales process, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving business targets. nnKey Responsibilities nMake outbound calls to prospective customers for Business Loan sales. nGenerate and qualify leads through telecalling and digital channels. nUnderstand customer business and financial requirements to recommend suitable loan products. nExplain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements. nCollect and verify customer documents for loan processing. nCoordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan disbursal. nFollow up with customers throughout the application and approval process. nCross-sell other financial products such as Working Capital Loans, Loan Against Property, and MSME finance where applicable.



nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. nAchieve monthly sales, disbursal, and productivity targets while maintaining quality standards. nnEligibility nGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). n15 years of experience in Business Loans, SME/MSME Lending, Working Capital Loans, LAP, or Financial Services Sales. nFreshers with excellent communication skills and solid sales aptitude may also be considered. nnRequired Skills nRobust communication and negotiation skills. nKnowledge of Business Loan products and lending processes. nCustomer relationship management. nSales and target orientation. nAbility to assess customer eligibility and documentation. nBasic understanding of financial statements and business profiles. nCRM and MS Office proficiency. nnKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) nBusiness Loan sourcing and disbursal. nMonthly revenue and sales target achievement. nLead conversion ratio. nCustomer acquisition and retention. nCross-sell performance. nCRM hygiene and follow-up adherence. nPortfolio quality and compliance. nnPreferred Industry Experience nNBFCs nBanks nFintech companies nDSA/DST organizations nFinancial services/BFSI .
