Inventory Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their technical issues and tailor solutions to their needs. Troubleshoot Reports, Integrations or Fast Formula issues and provide resolution within the given timelines. Candidate will be involved in debugging and providing solutions to clients for technical items such as BI Publishers, OTBIs, Will be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade. Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts for functional testing of the components. Support clients with the execution of test scripts and resolve issues. Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
