-Work on SampleManager and Integration Manager, includingn software installation, new module development, upgrades, andn support. nnn-Configure SampleManager using explorer folders, forms, reports,n label templates, and workflows. nnn-Integrate information systems and laboratory instruments usingn SampleManager LES or Integration Manager. nnn-Handling L2 Level application support and maintenance. nnn-Hands on experience with Incident Management, Change Management,n Problem Management and finding the root cause of analysis. nnn-Experience on VBL script to monitor services, CPU utilization,n memory utilization and interfaces. nnn-Support remote creation and modification of report usingn InfoMaker reporting tool.
