Strategy u0026 Business PartneringnSupport leadership in developing and executing the companys long-term growth strategy. Drive financial due diligence, scenario planning, and business case preparation for new initiatives, Mu0026A, and expansion projects. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and business leaders on financial and strategic matters.

Drive automation and digital transformation in reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment of financial and strategic objectives across the organization. Present key insights, trends, and recommendations to the Board and senior management. nKey RequirementsnCA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification. 14+ years of progressive experience in FPu0026A, strategy, corporate finance, or investment banking. Strong exposure to business partnering, corporate strategy, and Mu0026A. Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and executive presentation capabilities. nKey CompetenciesnStrategic mindset with strong financial acumen. Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making. High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership. Tech-savvy with experience in ERP/BI/Analytics tools preferred. .
