NAbout the RolenWeare looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment. NResponsibilitiesn N Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations N Perform cost estimationand budgeting for interior projects N Coordinate with design,procurement,



and execution teams N Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing N Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details N Track project costs andsupport in cost control and optimization N Assist in project planning and execution support N Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates NnQualificationsn N 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying N Age below 32 yearsn Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying N Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation N Experience in residential interior projects N Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow N Robust analytical and communication skills NnRequired Skills Nn BOQ Preparation N Cost Estimationn Interior Fit-out N AutoCADn Vendor Coordination N Project Coordination NnPreferred Skills Nn Candidates from NICMAR (Pune) / RICS N Experience in residential interior projects N Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines NnPay Range and Compensation Package NAs per industry standards
