NAbout the RolenINI Design Studio is looking for an experienced, talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeler to support the senior design team in developing high-quality digital models for architecture, urban design, master planning, and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong modelling capabilities, an understanding of visualization workflows, and the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design communication. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Develop accurate and high-quality 3D models for architectural, urban design, landscape, and master planning projects. N Translate concept sketches, CAD drawings, and design inputs into detailed 3D models. N Support senior architects and designers by preparing models for design studies, presentations, and client reviews. N Prepare models suitablefor rendering, animations, and visualization workflows. N Use AI-powered rendering and visualization tools to generate design options, concept imagery, and presentation visuals through effective prompt writing.



N Coordinate with visualization teams to optimize models for rendering and post-production. N Update and revise models based on design reviews and project requirements. N Maintain organized digital model libraries and adhere to project standards and workflows. NnSkills & Qualifications Nn Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Animation, or a related field. N 2–5 years of experiencein architectural 3D modelling. N Strong proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max (experience in one or more is essential). N Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD-based workflows. N Basic understanding of rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, D5 Render, Twinmotion, or similar. N Familiarity with AI-based visualization tools and rendering engines (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Veras, Vizcom, ChatGPT-assisted workflows, or equivalent), including effective prompt writing. N Good understanding of architectural drawings, building forms, materials, and spatial composition. N Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines. N Strong attention to detail and a passion for design and visualization.
