NRole DescriptionnWe're looking for a results-driven Presales Engineer to be the technical bridge between our sales team and clients, directly influencing deal conversion and project quality. In this on-site role based in Ahmedabad, you will: Nn Own the technicalsolution design process, translating client requirements into accurate, compelling lighting proposals that win business N Conduct site surveys and produce solution diagrams that meet both performance and budget targets N Drive product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate value to prospective clients N Partner with sales to hit presales response-time targets and improve proposal-to-close conversion rates N Lead technical input ontenders and RFPs, ensuring submissions are accurate, competitive,



and delivered on deadline N Provide pre- and post-meeting technical support to keep deals moving without delays N Continuously optimize proposed solutions for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness, supporting margin and quality goals N Maintain up-to-date product documentation to support faster proposal turnaround across the team NnWhat Success LooksLike Nn Consistently accurate, on-time technical proposals that support sales targets N Strong client satisfaction scores from presales interactions N Measurable contributionto tender and RFP win rate NnQualificationsn N Proven presales or technical sales experience, with strong skills in requirements analysis, solution design, and client-facing communication N Hands-on technical support and integration experience, able to configure, test, and implement lighting or related systems N Working knowledge of security considerations in lighting, control systems, or connected infrastructure N Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, or a related technical field preferred N Experience in lighting,building automation, or technical solution sales is a strong plus N Ability to read technical drawings and specifications and convert them into client-ready proposals N Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail N Excellent interpersonalskills and the ability to work cross-functionally and on-site with clients NnSalary Range: 28000-40000 Per Month NCandidate must be from Ahmedabad Region, Willing to Travel to Bodakdev Area,
