NnOperational Excellence Nn Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments. N Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. N Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximise efficiency. NnTeam Leadership & Development Nn Lead, mentor, andinspire department heads and operational staff. N Build a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation. N Provide guidance and training to strengthen team capabilities and leadership pipelines.



NnPerformance Monitoring & Reporting Nn Establish clear KPIs and monitor operational performance against targets. N Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. N Present comprehensive and insightful reports to senior leadership. NnResource & Budget Management Nn Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively. N Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, technology, and infrastructure. N Negotiate contracts andpartnerships to support operational efficiency. NnRisk Management & Compliance Nn Identify potential operational risks and implement preventive measures. N Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry standards. N Develop contingency plans to safeguard business continuity. NnQualifications & Skills Nn Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. N 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in operations. N Strong knowledge of process optimization, supply chain management, and organizational efficiency. N Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. N Proficiency in data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
