N Immediate Joiner's Preferred NnJob SummarynThe Industrial Engineer will be responsible for improving productivity, optimizing manpower utilization, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across Home Textile manufacturing operations. The role requires expertise in work study, time study, line balancing, capacity planning, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles within a home textile manufacturing environment. NThe incumbent will work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Operations teams to drive productivity enhancement and operational excellence initiatives. NKey ResponsibilitiesnIndustrial Engineering & Productivity Improvement Nn Conduct work studies and time-motion studies across manufacturing operations. N Establish Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) and Standard Minute Values (SMV) for various operations. N Perform method studies to improve productivity and reduce operational waste. N Develop productivity improvement plans and monitor implementation. N Analyze operator performance and efficiency trends. NnLine Balancing & Capacity Planning Nn Perform line balancing for stitching, quilting, processing, and weaving operations. N Analyze bottlenecks andrecommend process improvements. N Calculate manpower requirements based on production plans and capacities. N Develop production capacity models and machine utilization plans.



N Optimize workflow and layout planning. NnProduction Efficiency Management Nn Monitor daily production efficiency and productivity KPIs. N Analyze machine utilization and operator efficiency. N Identify productivity losses and implement corrective actions. N Drive initiatives to improve throughput and reduce cycle times. N Support production teams in achieving operational targets. NnProcess Improvement & Lean Manufacturing Nn Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, including: N 5Sn Kaizen N Value Stream Mapping (VSM) N Root Cause Analysis N Waste Eliminationn Continuous Improvement Programs N Lead productivity and cost optimization projects. N Drive operational excellence initiatives. NnCost Optimization Nn Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. N Optimize manpower deployment and machine utilization. N Reduce non-value-added activities. N Support budgeting and operational cost control initiatives. NnFactory Layout & Workflow Design Nn Develop and optimize production layouts. N Conduct workflow and material flow analysis. N Improve workplace ergonomics and operator movement. N Support capacity expansion and factory restructuring projects. NnKPI & Performance Monitoring Nn Develop and maintain dashboards for:
