Job DescriptionJob Summary NWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. NThe ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of databases, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting concepts, along with good communication skills. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Provide technical support for applications, systems, and services. N Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, databases, and infrastructure. N Monitor system performance using cloud monitoring tools and respond to alerts. N Analyze logs and identify root causes of production issues. N Assist in deployment support and basic configuration changes. N Coordinate with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution. N Maintain documentation for known issues, fixes, and processes. N Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLA requirements.



N Provide support during production releases and maintenance windows. NRequired SkillsnnBasic knowledge of Databases (SQL queries, troubleshooting, performance basics). N Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP basics). N Experience or familiarity with Monitoring Tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.). N Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. N Good understanding of logs analysis and debugging techniques. NnGood-to-Have Skills Nn Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell). N Understanding of microservices architecture. N Exposure to Kubernetes / Docker. N Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. N Experience with incident management and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). N Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger). N Awareness of security best practices. NnQualificationsnBCA/BSC or related degree
