The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electroplating Zinc, Aluminium, and Mild Steel (MS) components while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards. NKey Responsibilities: NSupervise and manage automatic electroplating line operations. NHandle electroplating processes for Zinc, Aluminium, and MS components. NMonitor plating quality, coating thickness, and process parameters. NPrepare and maintain chemical baths as per production requirements. NTroubleshoot plating defects and implement corrective actions.
NEnsure preventive maintenance of plating equipment and machinery. NMaintain production records and daily process reports. NEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. NCoordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets. NRequirements: N3–5 years of experience in automatic electroplating operations. NStrong knowledge of Zinc,Aluminium, and MS electroplating processes. NExperience in handling plating chemicals, process control, and quality inspection. NAbility to manage manpower and ensure smooth shift operations. NGood problem-solving and leadership skills. NWillingness to work 12-hour shifts.
