NBeyond classroom teaching, the candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding students for placements, internships, industry projects, certifications, and career development initiatives. NKey ResponsibilitiesnAcademic Delivery Nn Teach core and advanced Finance subjects for MBA/PGDM programs. N Deliver contemporary management and industry-relevant courses using case studies, simulations, and experiential learning methodologies. N Design lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and learning activities aligned with industry expectations. N Continuously update course content based on emerging business and financial trends. N Undertake research, publish papers, and contribute to institutional thought leadership. N Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes,



and academic administration. N Organize workshops, conclaves, seminars, and corporate engagement activities. NnEligibility Criteria NMandatorynn Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). N Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline. N Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in MBA/PGDM institutions. N Strong command over finance concepts and contemporary business applications. N Excellent presentation,communication, and mentoring skills. NnPreferredn N Ph.D. in Finance, Management, Commerce, or a related field. N Prior industry experience in Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investment Management, Financial Services, or related domains. N Experience in Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or AI applications in finance. N Publications in reputedjournals and conference proceedings.
