NThis is not a conventional PA role. The position requires a strategic professional who can work closely with the Director in driving business priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, monitoring organizational performance, and supporting key business decisions. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Partner with the Director to manage strategic priorities, business reviews, and executive communications. N Prepare business presentations, MIS dashboards, reports, and analytical insights for decision-making. N Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key business initiatives and action plans. N Track organizational KPIs, project milestones, and follow up on deliverables with business leaders. N Organize leadership meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM),



and ensure timely closure of action items. N Conduct market research, business analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic initiatives. N Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive business information. NnQualifications & Experience Nn Bachelor's degreein business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline. MBA preferred. N 5–10 years of experience in an Executive Office, CEO/Director's Office, PMO, Strategy, Business Excellence, or Corporate Planning. N Prior experience in theFMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industry will be an advantage.
