Job DescriptionResponsibilities Nn Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries. N Develop solid working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges. N Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues N Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools N Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed. N Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagementteams to solve issues that arise. N Researching technical accounting issues N Developing industry expertise N Preparing audit reports, and management letters N Exercising professionalskepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements N Ensuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm N Working collaborativelyas a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals N Provide supervision anddevelopment training for associates N Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients N Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables N Understanding RSM US and RSM Delivery Center's line of business service capabilities and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery N Ensuring professional development through ongoing education N Participate in a range of projects and open to collaborate and work with multiple teams N Demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work. N Provide oversight to senior associates and associates, including training and development activities.
