Job DescriptionResponsibilities NCommunity Engagement & Event Management N
- Brainstorm, propose, and organize creative events (e.G., networking sessions, wellness Nworkshops, CSR initiatives) to drive member engagement. N
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including vendor partnerships, venue bookings, Nand promotions.n
- Gather post-event feedback to measure success and improve future initiatives. NMember Engagement & Satisfaction N
- Proactively interact with members to understand their needs and tailor community Nactivities accordingly. N
- Promote exclusive member advantages and well-being programs to enhance loyalty. N
- Address member inquiries or concerns related to community offerings with a service oriented Napproach.nCollaboration & Outreach N
- Identify and onboard vendors, sponsors, and local partners to elevate event quality and Nvalue.n
- Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations)
to amplify community Ninitiatives.nAdministration & Reporting N
- Maintain records of event attendance, member feedback, and engagement metrics. N
- Assist in tracking community-related KPIs (e.G., satisfaction scores, retention rates) and Nprepare reports for leadership. N
- Create content that canbe shared on the company's social media channels. NKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) NStrategic Engagementn
- Host 4 high-quality events per month. N
- Annually develop and execute 6 annual member benefits. N
- Produce monthly contentcreation for TEC's social media channels. N
- Partner with 1 member company to co-host an event per annum. N
- Maintain a minimum CSATscore of 4 / 5 for community satisfaction.
