The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering solid connections and meeting enrollment objectives. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goals. N Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes. N Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. N Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. N Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission. N Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation. N Build and maintain strong relationships with potential learners. N Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans. N Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements. NnEducation & Experience Nn Bachelor's degreein any stream. N Excellent active listening and communication skills. N Excellent interpersonaland mediation skills. N
