Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Export & Import Documentation Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience in handling documentation, accounting coordination, GST compliance, and import-export operations. Candidates with experience in a trading company or import-export house will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain export and import documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Handle shipping and trade documents including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), Shipping Bill, and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.
- Maintain proper accounting entries related to export-import transactions.
- Manage GST-related documentation, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger verification, and invoice matching.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Assist in LC documentation and coordination with banks for export-import transactions.
- Maintain shipment records, MIS reports,



and documentation files for audits and internal tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments and overseas clients/vendors for smooth execution of shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export-import documentation and accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of GST, accounting entries, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Practical understanding of shipping documents, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in a trading company or import-export house will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and documentation software.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of international trade procedures and taxation compliance.
