Key Roles & Responsibili??es

· To manage active dealers at the location – both Pvt Car & Tractor.

· Ac??vate new tractor and Pvt Car dealers in OEM space – Maruti, Hyundai, Mahindra, Tata, KIA and others.

· Ensure familiariza??on of the company’s products, policies and sales processes with the dealers

· Negotiating skills to crack a dealer with agreed premium and desired payout across various models and fuel type basis profitability.

· End to end channel management with premium receivables, payout to the dealer and knowledge on claims process.

· Maximize mobiliza??on through regular follow-ups & strengthening of rela??onships with dealers

· Troubleshoo??ng with a) Underwri??ng team for policy approval b) Branch opera??ons team for policy issuance c) claims team for claims se??lement d) Finance team for ??mely disbursement of dealers’s commission

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

· To develop dealer business (both new and non-current) in his/her area of operation.

· To train/mentor dealers/ insurance managers about product and process.

· To handle and resolve dealer queries at the time of policy issuance if any.
