About the role A versatile, organised executive who runs day-to-day digital marketing and also keeps the technical/back-end side running — websites, CRM, integrations, and reporting. Ideal for someone who likes variety, is comfortable with tools, and wants exposure to both marketing and the tech behind it. What you'll do Digital marketing Execute on-page SEO and content tasks; schedule and publish social content. Support paid campaign setup and day-to-day optimisation. Pull analytics and prepare explicit monthly client reports. Backend / technical support Make website updates and edits (WordPress / CMS) and basic QA. Maintain CRM data, automations, plugins, and integrations. Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues and keep things running. What we're looking for Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with WordPress/CMS, Google Analytics & Search Console, and basic HTML. Comfort with CRM tools and a problem-solving, organised mindset. Nice to have Exposure to Meta / Google Ads, SEO tools, or no-code automation (e.g., Zapier); any scripting is a bonus. What success looks like (first 90 days) You're running routine marketing execution and website/CRM upkeep independently, freeing senior specialists to focus on strategy.
