About the Role We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our team at Design First. In this role, you will collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the organization's design strategy. You will deeply understand client styles and needs, merging them creatively with Design First's philosophy for each unique project.

Key Responsibilities As a Senior Interior Designer, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and present design solutions and ideas according to the Design First Process.
- Ensure clients have a pleasant and engaging home renovation experience, a key Unique Selling Proposition (USP) for Design First.
- Oversee projects for quality, timelines, and aesthetic alignment with the Design First design philosophy.
- Utilize AutoCAD software for designing, sketching, and providing drawings for proposed projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to define project scope and design direction.
- Provide clients with guidance on emerging home décor and design innovations.

- A strong understanding of home design principles and practices.




- A passion for the transformative and aesthetic aspects of home design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and creative thinking abilities.
- Proven ability to influence and engage clients.
- Expertise in developing concepts and sketches, including layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and installations.
- Proficiency with current design software.
- Ability to create material boards, furniture, and home models.
- Strong ability to deal firmly and fairly with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Experience & Education Successful candidates will typically have:

- 3-8 years of experience as an architect or interior designer in the luxury residential sector, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and current constructions. Entrepreneurship experience is a plus.
- An MBA, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture.
- Demonstrated experience handling luxury projects valued at Rs. 15,000 per sq ft and above.
