company name is Flyers. Frisker's is our brand name. It is a Delhi-based T-shirt manufacturing company. We sell on Amazon, Myntra & Flipkart and are growing 30% MoM.

Role: E-commerce Growth Manager

We need someone who can directly own and grow our sales on Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own P&L; and sales targets for all 3 marketplaces

2. Run & optimize Amazon PPC, Myntra Brand Ads for ROAS

3. Catalog management: Recent listings, SEO, A+ content, pricing

4. Deal planning, inventory management, OOS control

5. Daily reporting: Sales, competitor analysis, keyword research

Must Have:

1. 2-4 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central / Myntra / Flipkart

2. Proven track record of sales growth in Apparel/D2C

3. Hands-on with PPC and campaign management

4. Excel + Data driven mindset

Good to Have: Vendor Central, Advertising Console
