Responsibilities:

- Plan inventory levels based on sales forecasts and customer demand.

- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders with global principals.

- Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.

- Track shipment status and ensure timely customs clearance.

- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory.

- Coordinate with the warehouse for receipt, storage, and dispatch planning.

- Process customer orders in SAP and ensure timely deliveries.

- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations, shipment schedules, and documentation.

- Coordinate with sales teams regarding delivery commitments and product availability.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Monitor slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate master data and inventory records in SAP.

- Support inventory audits and cycle counts.

- Coordinate with Finance for import documentation and landed cost reconciliation.

- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and customer service.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or any related discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations,



Inventory Management, or Order Processing.

- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP (MM/SD modules preferred) or any ERP system.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Outlook.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
