Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

- Provide VMware administration and virtualization support.

- Set up, configure, and manage Active Directory and user accounts.

- Perform basic MS SQL administration and troubleshooting.

- Configure and manage VPN and RDP access.

- Monitor server, network, and infrastructure performance.

- Handle basic network and security troubleshooting.

- Support datacenter operations and infrastructure activities.

- Coordinate with clients for technical support and issue resolution.

- Contribute to infrastructure and cloud-related projects.

- Ensure system uptime, perform backups, and maintain security compliance.

Required Technical Skills:

- VMware (Basic Administration)

- Windows Server Administration





- Linux Server Administration

- Active Directory Administration

- Basic MS SQL Administration

- VPN & RDP Management

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud Administration.

- Experience in datacenter operations is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Client-facing experience is mandatory.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

- Valuable communication and presentation skills.

- A quick learner with strong attention to detail.
