Are you an experienced Java Lead passionate about building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications? We're looking for a hands-on leader with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern backend technologies to drive high-impact development initiatives.

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead the development of scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
- Build and optimize backend services with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Develop efficient database solutions using SQL and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.
- Integrate messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience in developing REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
- Strong SQL skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Proficiency with Git, Maven, and Gradle
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Robust knowledge of design patterns and data structures

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Spring WebFlux and reactive programming
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JUnit and Mockito for unit testing

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
