RawMin Skinology is a rapidly growing skincare manufacturing company specializing in private label and third-party manufacturing for skincare, haircare, and personal care brands. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who can build strong teams while independently managing the complete HR and administration function of the organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Manager with strong expertise in talent acquisition, payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong industry connections to recruit quality talent efficiently. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of the HR department with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of HR and administrative functions, with a primary focus on talent acquisition.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all departments.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, consultants, referrals, and industry networks.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Develop hiring strategies to support organizational growth.

Payroll & Attendance Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, biometric records, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.




- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Generate payroll reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.

Statutory Compliance
- Manage PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax (where applicable), Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with labour consultants and government authorities.
- Ensure timely statutory filings, documentation, and compliance.
- Maintain employee records as per labour laws.
- Stay updated with changes in labour legislation and implement necessary compliance measures.

HR Operations
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- Appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and exit documentation.
- Employee database and personnel file management.
- Probation tracking and confirmations.
- Performance appraisal coordination.
- Employee engagement initiatives.
- HR policy implementation and updates.
- Exit interviews and Full & Final settlements.

Administration
- Oversee office administration and general facilities management.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and vendor management.
- Manage office assets and administrative purchases.
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations.

HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Build employer branding initiatives.
- Develop HR processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain HR dashboards and recruitment metrics.
- Recommend process improvements for employee productivity and retention.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce development.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Has strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Has hands-on experience with Payroll, Attendance, PF, ESIC, Labour Law Compliance, and Statutory Filings.
- Has prior experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries.
- Possesses robust industry contacts and recruitment networks.
- Can independently manage the complete HR function.
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient in HRMS software, MS Excel, payroll systems, and recruitment portals.
- Is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
