About the Role:

As a Property Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the buying and selling of homes by actively engaging with a targeted number of leads each month.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with owners of houses that Ivy Homes is evaluating.
- Virtually showcase apartments to prospective buyers and assist the Sales team in closing transactions.
- Execute data gathering and log data promptly on the CRM.
- Generate dashboards and reports from the CRM to share with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.
- Help close sales and achieve monthly targets with the Sales and BD team.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Enthusiasm to learn record maintenance and reporting in a CRM system.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and any other Indian language.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work at a quick pace.
- Ability to coordinate well with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid observation skills.
- Positive, target-driven mindset.
